We provide in-home care and full case management services for clients with a home care package. A Home Care Package is a pool of funding provided by the Federal Government. It is designed to help older Australians remain living safely at home for as long as possible. There are four levels of Home Care Packages available depending on your assessed needs. We have been an approved iCare attendant care provider since February 2023. iCare is a NSW Government agency providing services to the Workers Compensation (Dust Diseases) Authority, the Lifetime Care and Support Authority, the Sporting Injuries Compensation Authority and the NSW Self Insurance Corporation.
We can assist participants requiring Physical Assistance for spinal cord injuries, amputations, and dust/respiratory diseases; participants with High Clinical Needs such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, burns and respiratory impairment; and participants with significant cognitive impairment and/or behaviour support needs as a result of brain trauma.
We have been a registered provider for the NDIS since 2014, and have been providing tailored disability support for more than 18 years. The National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (NIISQ) is a no-fault scheme that provides necessary and reasonable lifetime treatment, care and support to those who sustain eligible serious personal injuries in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland, on or after 1 July 2016. If you are a NIISQ participant, we may be able to provide your attendant care and support services. You can contact us or the NIISQ Agency to discuss your attendant care and support needs.
