Home Care Package
We provide in-home care and full case management services for clients with a home care package. A Home Care Package is a pool of funding provided by the Federal Government. It is designed to help older Australians remain living safely at home for as long as possible. There are four levels of Home Care Packages available depending on your assessed needs. iCare
We have been an approved iCare attendant care provider since February 2023. iCare is a NSW Government agency providing services to the Workers Compensation (Dust Diseases) Authority, the Lifetime Care and Support Authority, the Sporting Injuries Compensation Authority and the NSW Self Insurance Corporation.
We can assist participants requiring Physical Assistance for spinal cord injuries, amputations, and dust/respiratory diseases; participants with High Clinical Needs such as brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, burns and respiratory impairment; and participants with significant cognitive impairment and/or behaviour support needs as a result of brain trauma.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We have been a registered provider for the NDIS since 2014, and have been providing tailored disability support for more than 18 years. Our team is experienced in caring for participants with a range of needs and goals, whether it’s providing a little extra assistance around the home, providing support for social outings, or assisting participants with complex needs and their daily activities, we do all we can to enable people with disability to enjoy a full and rewarding life.
National Injury Insurance Scheme (NIISQ)
The National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (NIISQ) is a no-fault scheme that provides necessary and reasonable lifetime treatment, care and support to those who sustain eligible serious personal injuries in a motor vehicle accident in Queensland, on or after 1 July 2016. If you are a NIISQ participant, we may be able to provide your attendant care and support services. You can contact us or the NIISQ Agency to discuss your attendant care and support needs.
Private Care
We have provided private in-home care since 1998. We have extensive experience in caring for people in their own homes, delivering individualised care, which is overseen by an experienced Registered Nurse, from anywhere between 1 hour per day, up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
We work with our client’s medical specialists, General Practitioners, palliative care teams, family and significant others to provide peace of mind and confidence so our clients can remain at home.
Transport Accident Commission (TAC) & Workcover VIC
We have been an IRQS attendant care provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) since 2004. The TAC is a Victorian Government-owned organisation whose role is to support people who have been injured in a transport accident, promote road safety and improve Victoria’s trauma system.
