Our Story

Established in 1998, Kinder Caring is a family-owned home care provider with a clear purpose: to help people live safely, independently, and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Founded by Registered Nurse Pam Blake, Kinder Caring began with a simple yet powerful mission — to offer a compassionate, personalised alternative to institutional care. What started as a small, family-run service has grown into a trusted provider supporting thousands of individuals across New South Wales, Victoria, and Queensland.

Our services span aged care, NDIS disability support, attendant care, complex nursing, and palliative care — all delivered with the same heart and clinical excellence that defined our beginnings.

Staying true to our roots, Kinder Caring remains a clinically led organisation. Experienced nurses oversee every aspect of care, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and consistency for every client we support.
