What We're Looking For
We’re seeking passionate and experienced Support Coordinators who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live their best lives. If you’re driven, organised, and ready to grow your independent business within a supportive environment—this opportunity is for you.
At least 12 months of experience as a skilled NDIS Coordinator of Support, ideally with an existing client base
Relevant qualifications for Coordination of Supports and/or Specialist Support Coordination
Availability for a minimum of 15 hours per week delivering COS services
A strong understanding of NDIS legislation, rules, and processes
Empathy and sensitivity to the diverse needs of people with disabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-awareness and strong interpersonal abilities
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
Independent Contractor Requirements
To work with Kinder Caring as an independent support coordinator, you’ll need to meet standard contracting and compliance requirements to ensure both you and your clients are protected. The following items are essential to get started and operate legally and professionally:
A valid ABN (register online via business.gov.au)
